Our Background:
We have been in the dry-cleaning business for over 25 years. Starting out as mechanics in the industry, we learned everything there was to know about pressing machines. Between all of the unreliable parts, faulty designs and low-quality workmanship of the presses available at the time, we knew that a superior product could be made and offered to end-users. In 1990, we sold our first manual press in Manhattan, NY. Since then, we have introduced our line of semi-automatic & automatic dry-cleaning and laundry presses. Today, over tens of thousands of our presses have been sold to satisfied customers.
What We Value:
We dedicate ourselves to ensure our customers receive the most of what was paid for. We take pride in all of the products we provide our customers. We honestly believe our presses are of superior quality as 85% of all parts are made in US or Japan. What about the remaining 15% you ask? Well the majority of that is the frame of the press - it is of pure steel or cast iron construction from China. After all, steel is steel no matter where it is smelted. Therefore, we say our presses are made in the US and assembled in China. The next time you attend a dry-cleaning convention or happen to see one of our presses in operation, take note of the heavy duty construction of our presses - they are made out of more steel compared to any of our competitors.
We know that parts play an important role in the perceived durability of pressing machines. It is because of this view that we do not and will not sacrifice on quality when it comes to parts. We have so much confidence in our products that we are able to offer an industry leading, 2-years warranty on all parts. If that is not enough to convince you that our product is of superior quality we also offer, an unheard of, 5-years warranty on our press heads and bucks. We focus on providing value to our customers and our warranty is one of the ways we can assure our customers are receiving nothing but the best products.
